The Clearline team is comprised of seasoned professionals with extensive expertise in acquiring, entitling, designing, financing, and building large-scale mixed-use projects. Our collective expertise represents over 13 million square feet of planned development. The team has an exceptional track record of efficient project delivery.

Founded by Jenny Bernell, Clearline is a 100% woman-owned company, headquartered in New York and Miami. Prior to forming Clearline, Bernell served as Executive Vice President at Kushner Companies, where she oversaw the company’s mixed-use development pipeline. Prior to that, Bernell worked in development roles at NYC EDC and Leggat McCall Properties and in architecture roles at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Robert A.M. Stern Architects, and Elkus Manfredi Architects. Bernell holds an M. Arch degree from Harvard and a B.A. from Yale.

Clearline also opportunistically invests beyond multifamily development in diverse product types, including value-add, adaptive reuse, office, retail, and condos.
